And let me be honest with you for a minute, I understand how it feels to lose yourself.
After years of trailblazing as a fearless TV host in my 20’s in the UK - jumping out of planes, flying fast jets and doing ALL the things - I felt like I lost my identity in motherhood.
So what did I do?
I GOT CLEAR ON WHO I WAS AND WHAT I WANTED!
And I want to give you the tools and support to do the same!
In 2017 I left the world of Broadcasting and retrained as a Coach, I invested (a LOT) in ME, qualified and announced KATY HILL COACHING whilst speaking on a world stage alongside icon Erin Brokovich at IGNITE conference, Universal Studios, Florida in 2018!
Yeah - talk about playing big!
Then - in 2019 - a near fatal head injury was the ultimate wakeup call.
Life can change in a heartbeat so WHAT are we doing if we’re not FULLY LIVING?
It rocket fuelled my journey.
