We go LIVE on Wednesday 10th September with the first of the 10 weekly calls and run until Wednesday 12th November. Calls will be held at 7pm UK time and run for an hour. 

Replays will be available the following day, however live participation is where the magic is at!

LIMITLESS LIVE is yours for 6 months - so you've got plenty of flexibility to do it in your own time.

We do advise you to try and do it live for maximum effect.  

The Support Group is only for the duration of the LIVE course - at which point there are further options to continue your journey!

You can also catch the replays in your own time, get fired up and then work through your workbook at your own pace. Last year some of the “Liv-ers” watched the trainings a few times to really embed  the learnings.

Yes - anyone joining the live weekly zoom call / training with me is required to have their camera switched on and to take part in breakout sessions / discussions.  

No - but we strongly encourage you to do so!  

The Facebook Group always proves to be a powerful space for connection and support and always ends up as one of the unexpected highlights of the course for the women taking part!

No - this programme does not include 1:1 Coaching with Katy - although she does take part in the breakout rooms so you may well be paired with her at some point!
